Changes in the pick-up date (+ / – 20 min) are communicated to you a day before departure till 18.00h.
Claim for separate transportation is excluded.
Pick up at airport MUC takes place directly at the arrival terminal. If you can not find our driver please call us. The driver is identifiable by a company sign.
The waiting time at the airport for arrival flights is approximately 30 min.
In case of delays please notify us by telephone to ensure a timely airport pickup.
For lost luggage at the airport you are committed to inform our driver or our head office.
Otherwise, the timely collection may no longer be guaranteed and there may be delays
Kaulke Flughafentransfer must be notified for all requests for modifications. (flight number/flight time etc.)
Bookings are only possible through our headoffice.
The company shall not be held responsible or liable for any delay that occurs which is beyond our control however every effort would be made by the company to ensure that vehicles arrive on time specified in the booking voucher.
The liability for property damage, in particular, baggage, is excluded. (We recommend you a travel and luggage insurance).
The termination of a confirmed and paid booking greater than 24 hours prior to your pickup booking scheduled time, will result in no cancellation fees. A cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total booking price will result as a consequence of the termination of a confirmed and paid booking fewer than 24 hours previous to your pick up booking scheduled time.
